The Smith & Wesson M&P15-22 Sport brings the look, feel, and controls of the modern sporting rifle to the 22 LR rimfire platform. Built around a lightweight receiver with a full-length optics-ready top rail, this semi-automatic rifle offers a low-recoil, low-cost way to train, plink, hunt small game, or introduce new shooters to the AR platform.

At the core is a 16.5" carbon steel barrel with a 1:15" twist and a removable flash suppressor. The action runs on standard 22 LR ammunition and ships with a 25-round detachable magazine for a 25+1 capacity. The overall length is 33.80" and the rifle weighs just 4.90 lbs, making it light, fast-handling, and easy to carry for extended range sessions.

The Magpul MOE SL six-position adjustable stock, MOE SL pistol grip, and 10" M&P slim handguard with M-LOK mounting slots give the rifle a modern, customizable feel. Magpul MBUS folding front and rear sights are included and deploy quickly, while the functioning charging handle and standard AR-style controls keep manipulation familiar to anyone who has handled a centerfire M&P15.
