The body is precision-formed black steel with a corrosion-resistant finish, built to original S&W tolerances so it seats and feeds reliably in the M&P10 lower receiver.

This magazine is purpose-engineered for the S&W M&P10 only - it is not a universal AR-10 pattern mag, and S&W does not recommend it for use in other .308 AR-platform rifles.
