The Smith & Wesson M&P 9 M2.0 Metal is a full-size, striker-fired duty and carry pistol chambered in 9mm Luger and built around a rigid, lightweight T6 aluminum frame dressed in a distinctive Tungsten Gray Cerakote finish. The M2.0 Metal platform delivers a stiffer chassis than the standard polymer-frame M&P, giving the slide a more positive lockup and a flatter, more controllable recoil impulse for fast follow-up shots.

This version (item 13194) pairs a 4.25" barrel with an optic-ready, serrated slide cut for direct-mount red dot optics, so you can run a reflex sight without a plate. Standard 3-Dot white sights are installed for iron-sight use out of the box, and an integrated Picatinny accessory rail up front accepts lights and lasers. The M2.0 family's 18-degree grip angle, flat-faced trigger, and interchangeable backstrap let you tune the reach to your hand, while the reversible magazine release and ambi slide stop provide true ambidextrous controls for left- and right-handed shooters alike. A no thumb safety configuration keeps the draw stroke clean and uncluttered.
