Smith & Wesson M&P 15 Axe 5.56 NATO 11.5" 30+1 Semi-Auto Pistol

The Smith & Wesson M&P 15 Axe is a compact, braced AR-style pistol chambered in 5.56 NATO, built on the proven M&P 15 platform for shooters who want a short-barrel, maneuverable package with a threaded barrel ready for suppressor use.

At its core sits an 11.50" threaded barrel finished in black Armornite and capped with a Gemtech ETM flash hider. The upper and lower receivers are machined from aluminum with a black hardcoat anodized finish and feature a full-length Picatinny rail for mounting optics and accessories. An M-LOK handguard provides a slim, accessory-ready forend.

This semi-automatic pistol runs with an ambidextrous safety selector and ships without factory iron sights, letting the end user outfit the rail with their preferred optic. A black polymer Magpul BTR brace provides stabilized shooting in a compact package, with an overall length of 27.50" to 30.50" depending on brace position. The action is built around standard 30-round detachable magazines for a 30+1 capacity.
