The Smith & Wesson 11626 Performance Center 460 XVR is a magnum-class hunting revolver chambered in the hard-hitting 460 S&W Mag cartridge. Part of Smith & Wesson's Performance Center line, the XVR (eXtreme Velocity Revolver) is engineered around a .45-caliber bore and launched specifically to drive heavy projectiles at very high velocities, making it one of the most powerful production revolvers on the market.

Built on an X-Large stainless steel frame with a matching stainless barrel and stainless cylinder, the 460 XVR is chambered for the full-power 460 S&W Mag load. The 7.50" barrel is fitted with an integrated recoil compensator and a top-mounted Picatinny rail for optic mounting, while the 15.20" overall length and 77.80 oz weight put mass behind the muzzle to help manage magnum recoil. The DA/SA (double-action/single-action) action is paired with an exposed chrome teardrop hammer and chrome trigger, giving the shooter both rapid double-action fire and crisp single-action precision. The Performance Center tune and the 5-round cylinder make this hunting revolver as shootable as it is powerful.

Sighting is handled by a HiViz green dot front sight paired with an adjustable rear sight, delivering a bright, fast-aiming sight picture for field use. The revolver wears black finger-grooved polymer grips for a secure hold under heavy recoil. This is the CA Compliant variant and ships with a gun rug and sling for transport and storage.
