The Silent Steel USA Safe-Guard Heat Shield Streamer is a purpose-built suppressor heat shield from the Silent Steel Safeguard line, designed to slide over a mounted suppressor and protect the operator's hand, nearby gear, and support hand from the intense thermal signature generated during sustained fire. This full-size streamer is finished in Armor Black with a Cerakote/Nitride coating for excellent durability and corrosion resistance.

The Safe-Guard pairs a carbon fiber outer shell with a steel internal structure to keep overall weight to just 5.80 oz while measuring 55mm in diameter. Despite its light weight, the Streamer is engineered to withstand suppressor surface temperatures of up to 600°C for short periods, making it well suited for rapid strings of fire and extended shooting sessions where bare suppressor bodies would be too hot to handle.

This SGST-B configuration ships complete with a storage pouch for safe transport to and from the range.
