The SilencerCo AC5049 is a precision threaded replacement barrel purpose-built for the Glock 43 and Glock 43X sub-compact pistols. Chambered in 9mm Luger, this drop-in barrel gives shooters a factory-engineered path to suppressor-ready performance without permanent modification to the host pistol.

The barrel is machined from 416R stainless steel, a material widely favored in the suppressor industry for its superior heat tolerance and dimensional stability under sustained fire. It is finished in a low-reflectivity black nitride that hardens the surface and provides excellent corrosion resistance while maintaining a clean appearance that pairs naturally with factory and aftermarket Glock slides.

The muzzle is cut with 1/2x28 threads, the industry-standard pitch for 9mm pistol sound suppressors, allowing direct attachment of common pistol cans and Nielsen-device setups. At 3.70" in length, the AC5049 maintains the compact profile of the Glock 43/43X slide while adding the versatility needed for threaded muzzle devices or suppressors.
