The SilencerCo AC28 Osprey/Octane Piston is a factory replacement suppressor piston engineered for the SilencerCo Osprey and SilencerCo Octane pistol suppressors when mounted to .45 ACP host firearms.

Machined from high-strength 17-4 stainless steel with a black finish, the AC28 is built to handle the repeated cycling and high-pressure gas loads of suppressed .45 ACP shooting. Its M16x1 LH thread pattern mates with the host pistol's left-hand threaded barrel, locking the suppressor securely in place during fire and providing the rigid mechanical interface the Osprey and Octane need to operate correctly.

The piston is the moving interface between the host barrel and the suppressor body, making it the primary wear component in the system. Swapping in a fresh AC28 restores a proper seal and gets your Osprey or Octane back to factory spec, or simply keeps a spare on hand so routine maintenance never costs you range time.
