The Sig Sauer P365-XMACRO Grip Module is a factory replacement polymer grip frame for the Sig P365 and P365-XMACRO pistol families. Designed to mount onto any compatible 9mm Luger P365 fire control unit, this grip module accepts the extended 17-round P365-XMACRO magazines for maximum firepower in a micro-compact footprint.

This model is equipped with an integrated manual safety lever, giving shooters a positive, tactile disengagement before the trigger breaks. A true 1913 (Picatinny) accessory rail is molded into the dustcover, ready to mount a weapon light or laser. Three interchangeable backstraps (Small, Medium, and Large) ship with the module so the user can dial in trigger reach and palm fill without any aftermarket parts.
