The Sig Sauer P365 Threaded Barrel is a factory replacement barrel chambered in 9mm Luger, precision-engineered as a direct-fit replacement for Sig Sauer P365 and P365X pistol slide assemblies.

Featuring a 3.7" threaded barrel with a 1/2x28 thread pitch, this barrel allows the shooter to mount a wide range of suppressors, compensators, and other 9mm muzzle devices. The barrel is machined from heat-treated steel and finished in a corrosion-resistant black Nitron coating for long-term durability.

An integrated Loaded Chamber Indicator (LCI) witness hole provides a quick visual confirmation of a chambered round. Designed as a drop-in fit for P365 and P365X slides, this threaded barrel delivers the reliability and accuracy expected of Sig Sauer's factory components.
