Sierra MatchKing 338 Cal 300gr Hollow Point Boat Tail Reloading Bullets - 50/Box

The Sierra MatchKing line represents Sierra's pre-eminent target bullet tradition, and the 9300T brings that match-grade precision to the 338 caliber magnum-class rifle shooter. Each bullet is a 300 grain Hollow Point Boat Tail (HPBT) design intended for handloaders building accurate long-range match and hunting ammunition for big magnum cartridges.

Sierra builds the 9300T around a lead core wrapped in a thin, drawn copper jacket with a copper tip seated in the hollow point. The jacket is held to an exacting concentricity standard of 0.0003" maximum variation, and bullet weight is maintained within +/- 0.3 grain for lot-to-lot consistency. The boat-tail base profile trims drag in flight and helps the bullet retain velocity downrange, while the signature hollow-point meplat is carried forward from the MatchKing line's competition heritage.

Sierra rates the 338 Caliber 300 grain MatchKing for match and target pursuit in rifles chambered for magnum cartridges such as the 338 Winchester Magnum and 338-378 Weatherby Magnum, and the bullet requires at least a 1:10" twist barrel to stabilize properly. Each box contains 50 projectiles, ready for the reloading bench.
