Sierra MatchKing 22 Cal .224 80gr HPBT Reloading Bullets - 50/Box

The Sierra MatchKing 9390T is a premium 22 caliber reloading bullet built around a lead core wrapped in a thin, concentric copper jacket drawn to a maximum variation of just 0.0003". Bullet weight is held to within +/- 0.3 grain, putting these 80 grain projectiles in a class of their own for match-grade accuracy and lot-to-lot consistency.

This is the legendary MatchKing Hollow Point Boat Tail (HPBT), a long and sleek profile engineered for precision rifle target work. The signature HPBT design pairs a small hollow tip with a tapered boat-tail base, producing a high ballistic coefficient and reduced drag for clean, repeatable performance at extended ranges. With a sectional density of .228 and no cannelure, the handloader has free rein to seat to the magazine length or overall cartridge dimension best suited to their rifle. Because of its extreme length, Sierra specifies a minimum twist rate of 1:8" or faster to properly stabilize the 80 gr MatchKing in a .224" bore.
