Sierra GameKing .270 Cal 130gr Spitzer Boat Tail Reloading Bullets - 100/Box

The Sierra 1820 GameKing is a .270 caliber (.277" diameter) hunting rifle bullet from Sierra's GameKing line. This 130 grain Spitzer Boat Tail (SBT) projectile pairs a Spitzer point with the boat-tail profile to reduce drag and help the bullet hold velocity and energy downrange.

Each bullet is built with a copper jacket over a lead core and a lead tip, and is supplied with no cannelure, giving handloaders a clean, uniform projectile ready for custom loading. The boat-tail geometry is designed to provide the ballistic advantage Sierra targets in its hunting bullet designs, and the 1820 is a natural fit for handloads built around the 270 Winchester cartridge.

Sierra rates the 1820 with a G1 ballistic coefficient of 0.436 (G7 BC 0.209) and a sectional density of .242. Purpose-built for hunting, the 1820 is supplied as 100 reloading bullets per box - components only, not loaded ammunition.
