The Sierra 7430 Tipped MatchKing is a precision match-grade 6.5 Creedmoor (.264 caliber) rifle bullet designed for competitive target shooting, long-range precision, and serious handloaders. Building on Sierra's legendary MatchKing line, the Tipped MatchKing adds a polymer acetal resin tip to the classic MatchKing profile to improve the ballistic coefficient, reduce drag in flight, and deliver more consistent on-target performance at extended ranges.

This 130 grain Tipped MatchKing bullet features a .264 bullet diameter, a copper jacket, and a lead core with a sectional density of .226 and a G1 ballistic coefficient of .518. Sierra specifies a recommended barrel twist rate of 1:8" or faster to properly stabilize this bullet. The boat-tail design and refined ogive are built for repeatable, match-grade accuracy from quality 6.5 Creedmoor (and other .264/6.5mm) barrels.
