The Shield RMSc Glass Edition is a compact reflex red dot sight purpose-built for slim, single-stack pistols like the Glock 43, Smith & Wesson Shield, and 1911-pattern handguns. The "c" stands for compact, and this Glass Edition upgrades the proven RMSc platform with an all-new, scratch-resistant ultra-clear glass lens and upgraded electronics with improved battery contacts, all in the same low-profile frame EDC shooters already trust.

This model ships configured with an 8 MOA red dot driven by a red LED light source. The sight is parallax free, offers 1X magnification for true both-eyes-open shooting, and uses the popular RMSc footprint so it drops directly onto slides cut for that pattern. A D-shaped crystal-clear glass lens replaces the standard polymer optic for a sharper sight picture with no color filters to distort the view.

Power comes from an efficient LED system rated for 2 to 3 years of typical use and over 4 years with light use, so you can mount it and largely forget about it.
