The Sharps Bros Heatseeker SBC04 is a precision-machined rifle chassis stock engineered as a direct-fit upgrade for the Savage 110 Short Action bolt-action rifle. Sharps Bros machines the chassis from solid 6061-T6 aluminum billet, producing a rigid, lightweight foundation that replaces the factory stock and transforms a traditional Savage rifle into a modern precision or tactical platform. The complete assembly is finished in a rugged matte black Cerakote for corrosion resistance and a low-glare surface.

Built into the forend is a 14" M-LOK handguard cut from a unique extrusion shape exclusive to Sharps Bros, providing a versatile mounting surface for bipods, tripods, lights, lasers, and other M-LOK-compatible accessories. The chassis is engineered to accept AICS-pattern short action magazines, giving the Savage 110 a familiar and widely available detachable box magazine feed. The chassis weighs in at roughly 1 lb 3 oz, with the handguard adding about 10 oz, keeping the upgraded rifle light and maneuverable in the field.
