The Shadow Systems MR920 Elite War Poet is a feature-rich 9mm Luger compact striker-fired semi-auto pistol built around a match-grade, conventionally rifled, spiral-fluted 4.5" threaded DLC barrel and a rugged polymer frame. Chambered in 9mm Luger with a 15+1 capacity and +P-rated for use with hotter defensive loads, this War Poet edition is optics-ready and engineered for both duty and defensive use.

Featuring the distinctive War Poet slide serrations and aggressive front-end cocking serrations, this MR920 Elite wears a DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) finish on both the slide and barrel for outstanding wear and corrosion resistance. The optic-cut slide accommodates popular red-dot footprints including RMR and 507C patterns for fast target acquisition. Iron sights consist of a White Dot front and a Black rear. The threaded barrel allows easy mounting of compensators or suppressors where legally permitted.

Built on a polymer frame manufactured in the USA with three interchangeable backstraps for a customizable grip fit, the MR920 War Poet ships with two 15-round magazines. The compact 7.125" overall length and G19-compatible footprint make it a natural everyday carry while still offering a full 15+1 capacity. At approximately 20.9 oz unloaded, it balances well for both carry and range use. A polymer guide rod keeps the reciprocating mass light and the slide cycle smooth.
