The Shadow Systems DR920 War Poet is a full-size, duty-grade striker-fired pistol chambered in 9mm Luger with a 17+1 capacity. Part of Shadow Systems' War Poet series, this DR920 combines an optic-cut slide with front serrations and window cuts, a fluted 5-inch threaded barrel, an interchangeable backstrap grip system on the black finished frame, and a no-manual-safety controls layout familiar to Glock-pattern users.

Designed around the Glock-pattern duty platform, the slide accepts the factory-included Holosun 507C red dot sight, and the pistol ships with two 17-round magazines for immediate duty carry or rotation between shifts. Co-witnessed backup iron sights are a tritium night sight front paired with a black serrated rear, so the optic and the irons stay aligned in low light and the gun remains usable should the optic be removed.

Built to drop into existing G17-pattern holsters and gear, the DR920 War Poet serves as a familiar upgrade for agencies and individuals already standardized on the platform. It measures approximately 8.13" overall length with a 3.3" height and weighs around 24 oz unloaded, giving a full-size shooting experience in a slide profile compact enough for everyday duty use.
