The Sellier & Bellot SB68B in 6.8 SPC is a hunting load built around the 110-grain Plastic Tip Special (PTS) projectile, a premium polymer-tipped spitzer designed for rapid expansion and energy transfer on game.
Loaded to a muzzle velocity of 2550 fps and producing 1588 ft lbs of muzzle energy, this round takes advantage of the 6.8 SPC cartridge's performance in AR-platform rifles. The polymer tip initiates expansion while the bullet's optimum shape helps it achieve higher speed and a flatter trajectory downrange.
Each cartridge is assembled with reloadable brass cases. This ammunition is produced in the Czech Republic.
