Savage Rascal Youth 22 LR 16.13" 1-Rd Bolt Action Rifle

The Savage Rascal Youth is a purpose-built micro rimfire rifle designed to introduce new and younger shooters to the shooting sports. Chambered in .22 LR, this bolt-action single-shot pairs a compact 16.13" sporter barrel with a scaled-down platform that fits the smallest of frames.

At the heart of the Rascal is Savage's proven bolt-action design with a single-shot magazine and feed ramp, giving new shooters a safe, manual-cycling platform. The carbon steel receiver is finished in blued metal, and the 16.13" sporter barrel is finished with a target crown for consistent accuracy. A 1:16" twist stabilizes standard .22 LR ammunition.

Savage equipped the Rascal with their user-adjustable AccuTrigger, allowing the pull weight to be set to the shooter's preference. A simple thumb safety rounds out the controls. Up top, adjustable peep sights are factory-installed so the rifle is ready to shoot right out of the box without additional glass.

The black fixed synthetic stock is built tough for years of use, with an 11.25" length of pull sized for youth and smaller-statured right-handed shooters. The rifle measures 30.63" overall and tips the scales at just 2.71 lbs, making it easy to carry, shoulder, and handle at the bench or in the field.
