Savage Mark II FV 22 LR 21" 5+1 Bolt-Action Rifle

The Savage Mark II FV is a purpose-built .22 LR bolt-action rimfire rifle designed for precision target shooting and small-game hunting. Part of Savage's long-running Mark II line, the FV (Full Size) variant pairs a heavy-contour barrel with a no-nonsense feature set aimed at putting rounds on target affordably.

At the heart of this rifle is a 21" heavy button-rifled carbon steel barrel with a 1:16" twist optimized for standard .22 LR ammunition. The barrel wears a matte black finish and is finished with a target crown to support consistent accuracy. It mates to a carbon steel receiver that is drilled and tapped for scope bases, finished in matte black, and features Savage's acclaimed user-adjustable AccuTrigger for a clean, customizable pull.

The Mark II FV uses a classic push-feed bolt action and feeds through a 5-round detachable magazine for a 5+1 total capacity. Controls are kept simple and traditional: a thumb-operated safety sits at the rear of the receiver. The rifle ships with no iron sights, letting the shooter mount their preferred optic or scope directly to the receiver.

A fixed matte black synthetic stock provides a stable, weather-resistant platform for right-handed shooters. The Mark II FV measures 39.75" overall and tips the scales at roughly 6 lbs, striking a balance between steady hold on the bench and easy handling in the field.
