The Savage B.MAG Target is a precision rimfire bolt-action rifle chambered in 17 WSM (17 Winchester Super Magnum), built around Savage's compact B.MAG action. Designed for accuracy-minded shooters, the Target variant pairs a heavy-profile stainless barrel with an ergonomic laminate thumbhole stock to deliver a whole new class of rimfire rifle for small-game hunting and target work.

The 22" heavy stainless steel barrel is finished matte to cut glare and sports a 1:8" twist capped with a target crown for uniform bullet release. The action uses thread-in barrel headspacing, rear-locking lugs, and a cock-on-close bolt for consistent lockup and shot-to-shot accuracy. The drilled and tapped stainless steel receiver is ready for scope bases (iron sights are not included), and Savage's user-adjustable AccuTrigger provides a clean, crisp, customizable pull. A thumb safety sits naturally at the rear of the action for right-hand operation.

A matte gray thumbhole laminate stock gives the rifle a rigid, weather-resistant platform with a sculpted pistol grip and repeatable cheek weld shot after shot. The B.MAG's compact action feeds from a center-feed rotary magazine holding 8 rounds, giving an 8+1 capacity.
