Savage Axis II Precision 6.5 Creedmoor 22" 10+1 Bolt Action Rifle - OD Green MDT Chassis

The Savage Axis II Precision is a long-range bolt-action rifle built around Savage's user-friendly AccuTrigger platform and an exclusive MDT chassis. Chambered in 6.5 Creedmoor, this rifle combines a heavy-profile 22" carbon steel barrel with a 1:8" twist and a factory-threaded muzzle cut to 5/8x24, ready for your favorite suppressor or muzzle brake.

The action rides on a matte black carbon steel receiver and is fitted with Savage's signature user-adjustable AccuTrigger, giving shooters a clean, crisp break out of the box. No iron sights are installed, leaving the receiver ready for your preferred scope mount. Feeding is handled through a detachable AICS-pattern box magazine holding 10 rounds, for a 10+1 total capacity.

Instead of a traditional wood or synthetic stock, the Axis II Precision is built on an MDT aluminum chassis finished with an OD Green injection-molded polymer skin. The chassis features an adjustable comb for a custom cheek weld and integrated M-LOK rail sections for accessories. Overall length measures 43.50" and the rifle tips the scales at 9.89 lbs, making it a stable, well-balanced precision platform for the field or the range. The right-hand configuration ships from Savage ready to shoot once you add an optic and ammunition.
