Savage Axis 2 XP Combo 7mm-08 Rem 22" 4+1 Bolt Action Rifle - Right Hand

The Savage Arms Axis 2 XP Combo packages the redesigned Axis 2 bolt action rifle in 7mm-08 Remington with a factory-mounted and boresighted optic, so it is ready for the range straight out of the box. A 22-inch matte black sporter barrel with a 1:9.5" twist is threaded into a drilled and tapped carbon steel receiver, giving the action a rigid backbone and a clean mounting surface for optics.

Savage's user-adjustable AccuTrigger ships set from the factory but lets shooters tune pull weight to their own preference without a trip to the gunsmith. The right-hand bolt action feeds from a detachable box magazine with a 4+1 capacity.

The ergonomic hardwood stock is finished in a warm brown tone, balancing traditional styling with a comfortable 7.80 lb carry weight and a 42.50" overall length, well suited to whitetail woods and western big-game hunts alike.

What sets the XP Combo apart is the included 3-9x40mm scope, factory mounted on a pair of Weaver-style bases and boresighted at the factory. Fully multi-coated lenses keep the sight picture bright from dawn to dusk, and toolless windage and elevation adjustments let you dial zero without dragging a wrench to the bench.
