Savage Axis 2 XP Combo 400 Legend 20" 4+1 Bolt Action Rifle - Left Hand

The Savage Axis 2 XP Combo is a left-hand bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in the modern straight-walled 400 Legend cartridge. It pairs a 20" black sporter-contour barrel with a black drilled-and-tapped steel receiver, and ships from the factory with a mounted and boresighted 3-9x40 scope so it is ready to hunt right out of the box.

The Axis 2 features Savage's user-adjustable AccuTrigger for a clean, crisp pull and a 4+1 capacity. The fixed gray synthetic stock is weather-resistant and ergonomic, keeping overall weight at 7.70 lbs for comfortable all-day carry in the field. Rifling twists at 1:16" to stabilize the broad weight range of 400 Legend hunting bullets, and overall length measures 42.50". The receiver is drilled and tapped for optic mounting, and the included 3-9x40 scope is already installed and boresighted at the factory.
