Savage Axis 2 Pro 25-06 Rem 20" 4+1 Bolt Action Rifle - Gun Metal Bronze Cerakote, Right Hand

The Savage Axis 2 Pro is a right-hand bolt-action centerfire rifle chambered in 25-06 Remington. Part of the Pro-series configuration on Savage's updated Axis 2 platform, this rifle layers modern upgrades onto a proven hunting action, pairing a threaded heavy sporter barrel, a Picatinny optics rail, and the user-adjustable AccuTrigger in a ready-to-scope package.

At the heart of this rifle is a 20" heavy sporter contour barrel machined from carbon steel and finished in Gun Metal Bronze Cerakote. The button-rifled barrel uses a 1:10" twist and is factory threaded 5/8x24 for installation of a muzzle device or suppressor. The action rides in a carbon steel receiver topped with a factory-installed Picatinny rail for direct scope mounting; the Axis 2 Pro ships with no iron sights installed.

Savage's user-adjustable AccuTrigger lets the shooter dial in pull weight without a trip to the gunsmith, while thread-in barrel headspacing keeps lockup tight. The rifle uses a detachable box magazine supporting a 4+1 capacity in 25-06 Rem, and the updated bolt handle improves leverage and cycling.

The fixed stock is a durable synthetic design finished in the Savage Western camouflage pattern. Total weight is 6.80 lbs with an overall length of 40.50".
