Savage Axis 2 Compact 300 AAC Blackout 16.13" 4+1 Bolt Action Rifle

The Savage Arms Axis 2 Compact is a bolt-action centerfire rifle chambered in 300 AAC Blackout. Its matte black carbon steel receiver is drilled and tapped for scope bases and pairs with a 16.13" heavy sporter contour barrel finished in matte black. The barrel runs a 1:8" twist and its 5/8x24 threaded muzzle accepts standard muzzle devices.

Savage's user-adjustable AccuTrigger comes standard, letting the shooter dial in pull weight to preference. The bolt feeds a detachable box magazine for a 4+1 capacity. The Compact configuration measures 36.63" overall and weighs 5.90 lbs. A fixed matte gray synthetic stock shapes the right-hand action, and the receiver ships with no iron sights, ready for your preferred optic. Includes one 4-round detachable magazine.
