The Savage A17 is a semi-automatic rimfire rifle chambered in 17 HMR, built around a 22" button-rifled barrel finished in high-luster blued steel. Part of the A Series Magnum Full Size line, this rifle pairs Savage's renowned AccuTrigger (user-adjustable from approximately 1.5 to 6 lbs) with a crossbolt safety, a high-luster drilled and tapped carbon steel receiver, and a matte black fixed synthetic stock textured at the grip for confident handling in the field.

Feeding from a smooth 10-round rotary magazine, the A17 cycles 17 HMR ammunition reliably for fast follow-up shots at the range or in the blind. The 1:9" twist rate is suited to common 17 HMR bullet weights, and with no iron sights fitted the receiver is drilled and tapped for scope mounting so you can add your preferred optic and go. At 41.50" overall and weighing 5.63 lbs, this right-hand configuration balances well for offhand shooting while remaining light enough to carry on long days afield.
