The Savage 56306 Single Shot Adapter is a factory OEM magazine accessory that drops into a Savage rifle in place of the standard flush-fit magazine, converting the firearm into a single-shot configuration without permanent modifications.

Built around an integral latch for a positive, secure lock-up, the adapter is molded from durable black polymer and sits flush with the rifle's stock when installed. It is designed for use in short action Savage rifles equipped with factory flush-fit magazines - specifically the Axis, Axis II, 110 Apex, and 110 Ultralite models.
