The Savage 555 Sporting is purpose-built for trap and sporting clays competition, chambered in 410 Gauge with a 3" chamber for flexibility across standard and magnum loads. This over/under pairs a set of 28" ported barrels in a classic break-open configuration, giving the shooter the quick, instinctive follow-up shots clay courses demand.

The silver/gray engraved receiver gives the 555 Sporting a refined look, while the oiled Turkish walnut stock carries an adjustable cheek rest so shooters can dial in proper sight alignment for varied disciplines. A vent rib tops the ported barrels to provide a clean sight plane for the fiber optic front sight and mid bead.

Pattern versatility comes from the Benelli Mobil choke system, which ships with five extended choke tubes: Cylinder, Full, Improved Cylinder, Improved Modified, and Modified, letting the shooter tune patterns from close-quarters sporting clays targets out to longer trap shots. The safety selector switch sits within easy reach, the controls are ambidextrous, and at just 6.10 lbs with an overall length of 45.75", the 555 Sporting swings naturally through a course.
