Chambered in 223 Rem, it pairs a precision 18 in Proof Research carbon fiber-wrapped barrel with Savage's adjustable AccuStock and crisp user-set AccuTrigger for a lightweight, accurate rifle built for the field.

The 1:7 twist, threaded barrel drops overall weight to just 7.46 lbs while delivering the rigidity Proof Research carbon-wrapped barrels are known for. The matte carbon steel receiver ships with no iron sights so you can mount the optic of your choice, and feeds from a 10+1-round AICS-pattern detachable magazine (one included). A tang safety, right-hand configuration, and 38.5 in overall length round out the package.

The Granite synthetic stock uses the AccuStock adjustable comb system and adds a black rubber cheek piece and grip panels for a secure hold in any weather.
