The Savage 110 Apex Hunter XP is a turn-key hunting package that pairs the redesigned Model 110 bolt-action rifle with a mounted, bore-sighted Vortex Crossfire II 3-9x40mm scope. Chambered in the long-range, high-BC 6.5 PRC cartridge, this rifle ships ready to head to the field straight from the box.

Built around a carbon steel action finished in non-reflective matte black, the Apex Hunter XP features a 24" sporter-contour barrel with a 1:8" twist rate - the ideal rate for stabilizing the heavy, high-ballistic-coefficient projectiles the 6.5 PRC was developed to shoot. Savage's signature user-adjustable AccuTrigger lets the shooter dial in a clean, crisp, custom pull weight right out of the box, and the receiver is drilled and tapped so the included Vortex Crossfire II rings up cleanly and holds zero.

The black synthetic stock includes an adjustable length-of-pull spacer system for a proper fit across different shooters and shooting layers, while an overall rifle weight of 7.96 lbs keeps the Apex Hunter XP easy to carry on long stalks and steady in the stand. The action feeds from a 2-round detachable box magazine, giving a 2+1 capacity that's standard for the 6.5 PRC chambering in the Model 110 line.
