Samson True Back Up Front & Rear Sights 6061-T6 Aluminum Black Anodized - Fits Picatinny

The Samson True Back Up front and rear sight set is a low-profile backup iron sight package built for any 1913 Picatinny rail. Samson Manufacturing Corp., based in Whately, Massachusetts, machines the body from 6061-T6 aluminum and finishes it in Type III Class 2 hard coat anodizing in matte Black for corrosion resistance and long service life under hard use.

The True Back Up is a top-mounted, deployable iron sight set sized to a perfect M4 co-witness height, so a primary red dot or magnifier and the backup irons share the same sight picture when both are in use. The rear sight accepts standard aftermarket aperture replacements and pairs with a rugged front post, giving shooters a reliable secondary aiming system on AR-15 and M4 platforms.

A .160 aperture sits in the rear sight for a precise sight picture, and the entire set attaches to any standard 1913 Picatinny rail. Sold as a matched front & rear package.
