Samson B-TM Heat Shield 8.375" Black Matte Polymer - Ruger 10/22

The Samson B-TM Heat Shield is a drop-in accessory for the Ruger 10/22 carbine that mimics the look of the factory Ruger Mini-14 heat shield. Injection molded from durable glass-filled polymer, this lightweight guard weighs just 1.3 oz and adds both functional heat protection and a classic factory profile to your rimfire rifle.

The B-TM measures 8.375" long, 1.15" wide, and 0.55" tall, and fits any Ruger 10/22 equipped with a factory carbine barrel and rear sight dovetail. Note that it is not compatible with the 10/22 Takedown model. The matte black finish blends naturally with both factory black and stainless/silver 10/22 receivers, providing a comfortable forward hand-resting surface during extended range sessions while shielding the support hand from barrel heat after rapid strings of fire.
