The Safariland® 6280 SLS Level II Retention™ duty holsters feature the SLS (Self Locking System) rotating hood for increased weapon retention, yet still affords ease of draw and quick, secure re-holstering. With no snap, the SLS allows for a smoother, single-motion draw, and greater protection against attempted weapon takeaways.
The hood can only be released by being simultaneously pushed down and rotated forward. When upward force is applied, the holster becomes even more secure. The Hood Guard further protects against attempted takeaways.
This holster is molded to fit a Glock 17/22/31 with an ITI Streamlight M3 or Insight XTI Procyon light attached to the gun; however, it can be used with no light attached.
Constructed of long-lasting SafariLaminate™ material and lined with suede to protect the weapon’s finish, this top draw holster features a tensioning device for fit customization. It comes with a 2.25" Universal Belt Loop (UBL).
