The Rugged Suppressor R3 Flash Mitigation System is a precision-engineered flash hider designed to tame muzzle flash on compatible 7.62mm Rugged Suppressor silencers. Finished in a rugged black coating and measuring just 2.13" OAL, the R3 threads on at 5/8x24 and serves as a direct-fit front-end accessory for select Rugged platforms.

At the heart of the R3 is Rugged Suppressor's signature snag-free, toothless Dual Taper Locking System. Unlike traditional mount interfaces, the R3 installs and removes without tools and locks up tight with no carbon lock. There are no ratchets, teeth, or sharp shoulders to hang on gear, clothing, or vehicles, and the dual taper geometry provides a rock-solid, repeatable interface with the host suppressor.
