The Ruger Hawkeye Hunter is a classic bolt-action hunting rifle chambered in 308 Winchester. This compact variant pairs a 16.60" barrel with traditional American walnut furniture in a time-honored field-rifle configuration.

The 16.60" cold hammer-forged barrel is finished in satin blued steel. The barrel is free-floated and uses a 1:10" right-hand twist. It is threaded 5/8x24 at the muzzle and ships with a factory-installed thread protector.

A satin blued steel receiver carries Ruger's signature integral scope mount for direct optics attachment. The rifle ships with no iron sights, leaving an optic as the primary aiming method. Overall length is 36.60" and weight is approximately 6.70 lbs.

Controls include a crisp LC6 trigger and a three-position safety. The rifle is configured for right-hand shooters and feeds from a 4+1 capacity.
