The Ruger 90228 Scope Base Adapter is a genuine factory Ruger accessory designed to mount optics on the popular Ruger Mark II, Mark III, and Mark IV pistol line (also compatible with Mark I and 22/45 models). This one-piece Weaver-style base provides a stable platform for attaching any optic that uses Weaver or Weaver-pattern rings, making it a versatile upgrade for target shooting, plinking, or hunting with a magnified optic or red dot.

Machined from durable aluminum and finished in a low-glare black anodized coating, this adapter is built to handle recoil while resisting corrosion and wear. The base accepts standard Weaver-style rings (rings sold separately) and installs using the included three mounting screws. Note: this adapter is not compatible with Ruger scope rings - it is intended for aftermarket Weaver-pattern ring sets.
