The Rosco Manufacturing K9 Sauce Pack is a turnkey AR-15 barrel upgrade kit chambered in 5.56 NATO, bundling Rosco's proven K9 barrel with the bolt carrier group and gas system components needed to complete an upper.

At the core is a 12.5" K9 barrel machined from stainless steel and finished in black Nitride for corrosion resistance and long service life. The barrel features a 1:7 twist to stabilize a wide range of bullet weights, and a 1/2"x28 thread pattern ready for your preferred muzzle device. A patrol-length gas system is tuned for reliable cycling with both 5.56 NATO and .223 Rem ammunition.

The Sauce Pack includes a Rosco Bolt Carrier Group finished in Melonite, built to MIL Specification with a properly staked gas key for durability under hard use. Also included are a matching patrol-length gas tube and a non-adjustable gas block (NGB), giving you the gas system components needed to complete the upper assembly out of the box.
