Rosco Manufacturing K9 AR-15 5.56 NATO 11.5" Stainless Steel Barrel - Nitride

The Rosco Manufacturing K9 11.5" barrel is an AR-platform barrel chambered in 5.56 NATO. Developed and tested with Jon Dufresne of Kinetic Consulting, this Duffy Spec configuration is intended for compact, hard-use builds and is designed to operate suppressed or unsuppressed.

The 11.5 in barrel is made from 416R stainless steel and features a nitride finish, including a nitride-finished barrel extension. Its continuous taper profile shifts mass rearward to improve balance when a light, suppressor, or other accessories are mounted forward. A 1:7 twist, 1/2x28 muzzle threads, 0.750 in gas-block journal, and recessed target crown derived from the Purebred series round out the barrel's core specifications.

The K9 uses Rosco's proprietary patrol-length direct-gas-system configuration with an optimized gas port. A patrol-length gas tube is included. Rosco recommends using a handguard at least 10 in long for installation.
