The Rosco Manufacturing Bloodline 8.2" HBAR barrel in .300 AAC Blackout is purpose-built for short-barrel AR-platform pistol and SBR builds, especially when paired with a suppressor. The Bloodline series pairs modern manufacturing with a heavy-profile contour that resists barrel whip and point-of-impact shift under rapid fire.

This 8.20" barrel is machined from 4150 CMV steel and finished in a black nitride treatment for corrosion resistance and long service life. The 1:7" twist stabilizes the full range of 300 Blackout projectiles, from heavy subsonic loads to lightweight supersonic rounds, while the 5/8x24 thread pitch accepts standard 300 Blackout muzzle devices and suppressors. The pistol-length gas system is tuned specifically for the 8.2" length.
