The Rival Arms RA50A101T Guide Rod Assembly is a drop-in recoil spring and guide rod upgrade for the Springfield XD-9 9mm Luger pistol. Engineered specifically for XD-9 models with the 4" barrel, this fully assembled unit replaces the factory guide rod with a precision CNC-machined tungsten billet component for greater strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.

The added forward weight of the tungsten rod helps tame muzzle flip and reduce felt recoil during rapid fire. The fully assembled design ships with the recoil spring already installed, so installation is a simple field strip and swap with no gunsmithing required.
