The Rise Armament Premium Lower Parts Kit is a complete 20-piece assembly kit designed to finish out a mil-spec AR-15 lower receiver. Built to mil-spec tolerances, this kit includes every pin, spring, detent, and piece of hardware required to complete your lower — minus the trigger group, which is sold separately.

At the heart of the kit is the Rise ambidextrous safety selector with a short 69-degree throw for quick, positive manipulation from either side of the rifle. Fire-control components and hardware are steel with steel springs throughout, paired with aluminum components where applicable. The entire kit is finished in black for a clean, uniform look across any AR-15 lower build.

This is the 12003-ADV configuration (MPN 12003ADV) and is compatible with any mil-spec AR-15 lower receiver. It is a true commercial lower parts kit, not a demilled firearm parts set — no serialized component is included.
