The Retay USA RA1522 is a semi-automatic rimfire rifle chambered in 22 LR, designed as an affordable, low-recoil alternative for AR-pattern training, recreational shooting, and small-game hunting. Built around an AR-15-style platform with familiar manual controls, the RA1522 accepts standard S&W M&P 15-22 pattern magazines, so it drops right into an existing rimfire training setup without missing a beat.

At the heart of the rifle is an 18" black chrome threaded barrel mated to a black chrome polymer receiver topped with a Picatinny optics rail ready for red-dot or scope mounting. Up front, the M-LOK handguard provides ample real estate for lights, lasers, and other accessories. Flip-up front and rear sights come installed for backup or co-witness use, and a thumb safety sits within easy reach on the receiver.

The adjustable polymer stock extends the overall length from 32.44" to 36.27", accommodating a wide range of shooters, while the black polymer pistol grip keeps weight down at just 4.74 lbs. A 25+1 round capacity delivers extended range sessions with fewer reloads, and the threaded muzzle allows easy attachment of a suppressor or muzzle device for a quieter rimfire experience.
