Upgrade your bench setup with the Real Avid Smart-Jaws Tube-Fit Sleeves, a reversible pair of jaw covers that slip directly over the steel jaws of the Real Avid Master Gun Vise. Smart-Jaws give you two distinct gripping surfaces in one set, so you can switch between a non-marring hold and an aggressive grip without swapping vises or wrapping parts in shop towels.

One side features a rubberized V-shaped overmold in Gray/Red that cradles round and finished components such as suppressors, blued or stainless barrels, bolt bodies, retaining rods and pins, all without scratching, marring or transferring heat to delicate surfaces. Flip the sleeves over and the opposite side exposes a tough steel face built to bite into harder workpieces, including PVC, cast-iron pipe and general tubing, when you need maximum bite for torque-heavy jobs.

The Smart-Jaws Tube-Fit design is purpose-built for cylindrical parts that standard flat vise jaws struggle to hold securely. The interlocking rubber V-grooves seat suppressors, barrels and bolt assemblies firmly, while the textured steel side locks down on rough stock and pipe for cutting, threading, or solvent work. A simple slip-on mount means there are no tools, clamps or hardware to lose. Just stretch the sleeves over the existing Master Gun Vise jaws and go to work.
