Real Avid Smart-Fit AR-15 Vise Block - Polymer Gray

The Real Avid Smart-Fit AR-15 Vise Block is a precision bench fixture built from heavy-duty polymer and engineered to hold an AR-15 lower receiver securely in a standard bench vise without the rattle and slop common to one-size-fits-all blocks.

Its defining feature is the expanding magwell wedge, driven by a threaded post that expands internal sections to custom-fit any MIL-SPEC AR-15 magazine well. Once the wedge is tightened, the block locks the lower solidly in place for detail stripping, spring swaps, trigger work, buffer and bolt installation, and other maintenance tasks. An integrated magazine lock and oversized contact edges keep the receiver from rocking or shifting under torque.

Finished in non-marring gray polymer and sized at roughly 1.45" x 7.50" x 12.65", the Smart-Fit Vise Block drops into any common bench vise and is purpose-built for .223/5.56 AR-15 lowers. Sold as a single vise block. New condition.
