The RCBS AR Series 2-Die Set in .308 Winchester is purpose-built for reloading ammunition for AR-style semi-automatic rifles. Designed to address the unique case-dimension requirements of gas-operated autoloaders, this set pairs a full-length Small Base Sizing Die with a Taper Crimp Seating Die for reliable feeding and positive cartridge function in AR-platform rifles.

The Small Base Sizing Die brings fired cases back down to SAAMI minimum dimensions, eliminating case-body bulge and shoulder variations that cause feed failures in semi-auto actions. The included Taper Crimp Seating Die seats the bullet and applies a uniform taper crimp around the case mouth, ensuring consistent neck tension and dependable chambering across a wide range of case trim lengths. The taper-crimp geometry also prevents the shoulder buckles and neck bulges associated with roll crimps when seating cannelured bullets.

Constructed from hardened steel and machined to RCBS's tight tolerances, this Made in USA die set threads onto any standard 7/8x14 reloading press.
