The Proof Research Elevation MTR 2.0 is a premium lightweight tactical bolt-action rifle chambered in 7mm Rem Mag. Built on Proof Research's reputation for precision carbon fiber engineering, the MTR 2.0 (Mountain Tactical Rifle) pairs a Sendero contour carbon fiber wrapped barrel with a lightweight carbon fiber stock to deliver a high-performance package well suited to long-range hunting and tactical shooting.

At the core of the rifle is a 22" match grade threaded carbon fiber barrel with a 1:8.4" twist rate and 5/8x24 muzzle threading, finished with an included thread protector. The action sits in a steel receiver coated in Black Cerakote and topped with an integrated Picatinny rail for scope mounting, with no iron sights installed.

The barreled action is mated to Proof Research's fixed Black Granite camouflage carbon fiber stock, trimming overall weight without sacrificing rigidity. A TriggerTech trigger provides a clean, adjustable pull, and the rifle is configured for right-hand shooters.
