The ProMag SMI29 is a standard-capacity replacement magazine designed for the Smith & Wesson M&P Shield pistol chambered in .40 S&W. As a single-stack 6-round detachable spare, it gives concealed-carry and everyday shooters a reliable backup or practice magazine that mirrors the original factory dimensions.

Constructed from heat-treated steel with an injection-molded polymer follower, the SMI29 body is finished in a corrosion-resistant blued/oxide coating. This ProMag SMI29 is engineered specifically for the original M&P Shield in .40 S&W. It is not compatible with the M&P 9mm, M&P Shield 9mm, M&P Shield Plus 9mm, or M&P Shield EZ 9mm. Each magazine is sold individually and is ready to use out of the package.
