The ProMag PM245 is a heavy-duty polymer lower receiver vise block purpose-built for the AR-10 / .308 Winchester / 7.62x51mm NATO family of rifles. The block clamps securely into the magazine well of a stripped lower receiver, providing a stable, non-marring hold for gunsmithing tasks such as installing components, troubleshooting, cleaning internals, and general assembly or disassembly, without stressing the receiver ears, trigger guard, or other delicate surfaces.

ProMag molds the PM245 from a tough, solvent-resistant polymer in a low-friction black finish that won't scratch or mar the aluminum receiver it grips. Its double-sided design broadens compatibility across the AR-10 / .308 AR-type family, fitting lowers from Armalite, DPMS, Remington, and SR-25 pattern rifles along with many other AR-type platforms that share the standard magazine-well geometry.
